On 7 March at the library of the Architekturzentrum Wien the BUWOG Group and EHL Immobilien’s press conference on the anniversary edition of the First Vienna Residential Market Report took place, an invitation numerous journalists accepted.

After a thorough test phase with 3,000 tenants, the BUWOG Tenant App came on the German market in December 2016. Available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the mobile application ensures simplified tenant communication and saves time.

Apps make our lives easier in so many situations. Soon all German and, afterward, all Austrian tenants of the BUWOG Group will have a customised app that considerably simplifies communication with the residential property company.
