Things are moving along nicely in the Nuwenhöfe development in Naunhof near Leipzig. The BUWOG FLORAGÄRTEN project has reached a significant milestone – and, step by step, the ensemble is beginning to take shape.
Following completion of the preparatory work, the construction phase has now begun in Naunhof near Leipzig. The contours of the buildings are taking shape, with the first floors sprouting up, giving a sense of the new residential complex’s dimensions.
BUWOG FLORAGÄRTEN: Construction is progressing on schedule
The shell of the six multi-storey buildings in the first construction phase is scheduled for completion in summer 2026. This will be followed by the interior work on the 120 condominiums during this construction phase.
All of the one- to five-room apartments with approximately 40 to 120 m² of floor area feature a balcony, terrace or, depending on the location, a private garden area; 30 percent of the apartments will be built barrier-free.
Preparatory work on the park-like outdoor facilities is expected to commence in early 2027. The project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027. BUWOG FLORAGÄRTEN is the first part of the neighbourhood development called Nuwenhöfe, in which BUWOG will build approximately 300 condominiums in three construction phases by 2029.
