There is another bonus episode for the finale of the 11th season of GLÜCKLICH WOHNEN – the BUWOG podcast. In it, selected topics from the year are explored in depth, reflected upon and placed in context. The guest is Daniel Riedl, member of Vonovia’s management board responsible for BUWOG’s operations in Austria and development in Germany.
The large orange BUWOG stand is already a classic at EXPO REAL. This year, BUWOG will once again be represented in Hall B2 as part of the Austria stand. The BUWOG team from Austria and Germany will provide information about current new construction projects, news from the field of property management and activities in the area of global sales.
Construction has now begun for 52 apartments directly on the banks of the river Dahme at the BUWOG DAHMEGLANZ ensemble in Berlin-Grünau.
At the ImmoAwards 2025 ceremony in Berlin, BUWOG was voted Developer of the Year. This once again ranks the company among the leading players in the German real estate industry, impressing the jury and customers with its quality, sustainability and outstanding performance.
A celebratory moment for a special BUWOG project: A topping out was celebrated on 13 November 2025 on Hildegardstraße in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, where BUWOG is building 27 apartments using the GROPYUS system.
The sustainable qualities of neighbourhood developments and new construction projects are always evident in practice when BUWOG’s motto of happy living becomes visible and tangible. Awards and accolades also recognise BUWOG’s activities and the strength of its brand. Now there are several more awards – and with them, plenty of reason to celebrate.
The urban development project in the north of Potsdam is the recipient of an award in the state “CO2-neutral Development” competition. As the largest private investor, BUWOG is contributing significantly to this large-scale urban development project.
“BUWOG in Dialogue” is a discussion format that BUWOG has already established in Vienna as a platform for topics relating to urban development, construction and architecture. The event series now regularly invites people to exchange ideas with representatives from the areas of business, politics, administration and science in Berlin as well. The kick-off event focused on serial and modular construction with timber.
