Cost effectiveness, customer confidence, responsibility – in a recent study, DEUTSCHLAND TEST reveals which companies top the list in these various areas from the consumer perspective. BUWOG Bauträger GmbH is also recognised as Company of the Year for 2024.
The study analyses and honours companies in Germany that in previous studies have already been recognised as “award winner” and “customer favourite” and for the “highest trust” and “best sustainability”. Each of the four previous evaluations is included equally in the latest meta-study with a weighting of 25 percent. The data was collected in two stages and several million responses were recorded and analysed during the study period from September 2021 to August 2023.
15,000 brands studied
A total of 15,000 brands from approximately 350 sectors were considered, and relevant reviews and online mentions were
analysed in several stages using AI: Which company is mentioned? Which topic is discussed? What is the tonality of the relevant text fragment?
