The topping out for the BUWOG AM NEUEN PARK development on Dösner Weg in Leipzig took place on 10 June 2024. BUWOG is creating new residential space for around 900 people here.
In beautiful sunshine, the topping out was celebrated for quite a special structure: the HAVEL-SPEICHER complements the distinctive ensemble of three historic warehouse buildings opposite the island of Eiswerder. The construction helps conserve resources.
The opening of the new airport BER will bring a large number of new jobs. Urgently needed residential space will soon be created by a new development near the city hall: BUWOG NEUE MITTE SCHÖNEFELD. The topping out has just been celebrated.
Step by step, the 52° Nord neighbourhood in Berlin-Grünau is growing. The topping out has now been celebrated for the Regattahaus. Around 80 guests gathered on Regattastraße, when the Regattahaus was topped out on 14 March.
