In the last few months our trainees took advantage of BUWOG’s offer to discuss professional challenges in project groups and to develop their own ideas about them. Our shared objective was to give our trainees an opportunity to meet a specific challenge besides day-to-day business at school and in the office and to take advantage of perspectives that are new and not preconceived, reflect on current ideas in their specific professional areas as well as to perhaps provide new inspiration.

64,000 square metres of exhibition space, 1,768 exhibitors and around 40,000 international participants: this year’s EXPO REAL 2017 in Munich is set to conclude with a record result. As the leading German-Austrian full-service provider in the residential property business, the BUWOG Group was also presented in a prominent location of Hall B2 on three days of the trade fair as part of the AUSTRIA stand.

Newer, nicer, bigger: the BUWOG Group’s new office space was inaugurated on Thursday, 21 September 2017. Following the move in the last few weeks, the new BUWOG location in the heart of the capital was properly celebrated with a party for the employees.

The BUWOG Group is not only responsible for residential construction projects in Berlin, Hamburg and Vienna, but since the end of 2014 has been supporting the project “A Home for Street Children in Senegal” launched by AMINA. As many as 150 children forced to live and/or beg on the streets are to receive warm meals, medical care, literacy courses and vocational training in the planned day centre.
