Which companies offer the best working environment? Where are career and team spirit the right fit? kununu distinguishes the very best with its “Top Company” award – and now that also includes BUWOG.
“Year for year” … the employer review portal kununu (only in German), the leading employer comparison platform in the German-speaking world, awards a seal of approval to the companies that have received especially complimentary reviews on the platform. BUWOG has now won the “Top Company 2025” award in the real estate company category. Only around five percent of all companies qualify each year based on the criteria specified.
Soft factors for job satisfaction
One thing is clear: In the battle for talent and skilled workers, the “soft” factors that determine how employees feel about their job and their level of satisfaction are growing in importance. Where are corporate culture, development opportunities and working environment a good fit? How do people interact with one another at the company, and how are decisions communicated? The award shows that BUWOG is doing a lot of things right – and really well! Incidentally, this is not the first award of its kind. BUWOG was distinguished by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the Hamburg Institute for Management and Economic Research for Best Work-Life Balance in 2023.
